Is FREE shipping available?
YES! When you spend $75 or more, we will ship your order to you by regular mail at NO CHARGE.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. If you checkout using the express post option and your delivery address is within Australia Post’s express post network, you should receive your order within 2-3 days. Orders dispatched using regular post vary in delivery time depending on your delivery address.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
We pack orders every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order on Friday (after 9am) or over the weekend, we strive to have your order dispatched on the following Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday).
Can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details. Alternatively, the tracking details for your order can be found if you log into your account.
If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us.
Can my order be sent without a signature required?
No, all orders dispatched require a signature on delivery to minimise orders going missing. If you or anybody else is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, then your order will be taken to your local Australia Post shop for you to collect - please don't forget to take a form of identification with you.
Can my order be sent to a PO Box or parcel locker?
Yes
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, the packaging is 100% discreet!
There is NO mention of our website address or store name on the outside of your package.
What are the payment options at My Bong Shop?
We accept credit cards, bank transfer and Australia Post’s POLi internet banking.
Do you store my credit card details or other payment information after my purchase?
Absolutely not! Only your bank and the bank who process our transactions have access to credit card details and other payment information.
Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes, we accept all Visa and Master Cards
Why is my credit card payment not being accepted?
There are many reasons why you might be having an issue completing your purchase, the most common problems might be due to your credit card information being entered in incorrectly. Please check that your details on the front of the card (card number, expiry date and name) as well as the CVV (3 digits) on the back of your card are entered in correctly.
Do I need to create an account to purchase?
Not at all! You have the option of purchasing from us as a guest or alternatively through your account. Please note that customers who sign up with us for an account and purchase through their account have access to heaps of promotions, awesome weekly information and our loyalty reward program. Your account also contains information regarding your order history which can make re-ordering quicker.
How do I access my account?
At the top of the website, you will see the “MY ACCOUNT” link, click this link and you will directed to the member’s login section where you will be asked to enter in your email address and password to log into your account.
I have forgotten my password! What do I do?
On the members login page, you will see a link under the “Sign In” button called “Forgot Your Password?” Click this link and follow the steps to setup a new password.
One you have clicked this, you will receive an email (please also check your junk mail folder) which will allow you to update your password.
Has my order gone through?
Once you have successfully completed your order, the next screen you will be taken to is the “THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE” screen. Here you will see your order number.
You will also receive an order confirmation by email and your order will also appear in the order history section in your My Bong Shop account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with your Australia Post tracking number.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, all your past orders are stored in your My Bong Shop account. Simply log into your account and click the “My Orders” button.
Can I reorder any of my previous orders again?
Yes, log into your My Bong Shop account and click on the “My Orders” button. In this section, you will be able to reorder any of your previous orders by clicking on the reorder button next to the order. Once you have done this, the full order which you have clicked “reorder” will appear in your cart, ready to checkout.
Does my order come with a tracking number?
Yes, we send all orders by Australia Post with tracking details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, tracking details will also be in this email.
I have received my order but it is incorrect or incomplete, what do I do?
Please contact us via the web form on the contact page of our website

How do I sign up to start earning reward points?
Just sign up for a My Bong Shop account and you will automatically start earning reward points every time you purchase through your account.
How many points do I earn with my purchase?
You will earn 4 reward points for every dollar you spend with us (you will not earn reward points for the shipping cost).
What discount do I receive when using my points?
500 points = $5 Discount
1000 points = $10 Discount
1500 points = $15 Discount
2000 points = $20 Discount
2500 points = $25 Discount
On the checkout page, after you have selected the amount of points which you would like to redeem, the dollar value of your order will be automatically discounted.
Where can I find the balance of my reward points?
Log into your My Bong Shop account, then click on the “My Account” button at the top of the page. Once you are on this page, click on the “My Rewards Points” button at the bottom.
Here you will find the current balance of your reward points and also the history of reward points you have earned.
How can I use my reward points?
Once you have filled your cart with the products you are wanting, go to the checkout page.
Here you will find a drop-down option where you can use your reward points. Select how many points you would like to use and after you have selected the amount of points to use, the dollar value of your order total will be automatically discounted (excluding the shipping cost).
Do my reward points expire?
No, your reward points will not expire. If you close your account, your reward points will be lost.
Can my reward points be transferred to other accounts?
No, your reward points cannot be transferred between accounts. Reward points can only be redeemed for a discount within your account in which they were earned.
How long does it take for my reward points to appear in my account after a purchase?
After you have purchased with us, the reward points you have earned will be applied to your account instantly. You will also receive an email to confirm the amount of reward points which you have earned.
Can I redeem my reward points for money?
No, reward points cannot be redeemed for money. After you have purchased with us, the reward points you have earned will be applied to your account instantly. You will also receive an email to confirm the amount of reward points which you have earned.
